In this tutorial, we're going to be demonstrating how to split cells for animal cell lines. In this specific video, we're going to be using A549 (ATCC CCL-185) cells and the method require 1 x PBS, Ham's F-12K Medium with FetalGro and Penicillin, and Trypsin-EDTA. Please make sure when you conduct this procedure that it is conducted in a properly regulated lab with a biosafety level that matches your cell line.
